Book of Shadows duration is longer than it should be

Description

Book of Shadows has it's duration listed as 3 seconds, but appears to be 4 seconds (can vary by 0.04).

To illustrate:

I have a Tiny with a Book of Shadows and an allied Warlock to cast it on.

Tiny casts the Book on Warlock. Looking at the combat log, the duration is 4 seconds.

I have recreated this in a custom lobby:

Here, the duration says 3 seconds:
