Bug on a Mac - "Disconnected from the server - Unable to establish a connection with the game server."

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I play almost exclusively with bots. I updated my OS to the newest one. Now I am unable to play because I get the error when starting a bot game: "Disconnected from the server - Unable to establish a connection with the game server." I removed the game, installed it again - no change. Mac was restarted - no change. Log out and log in - no change. Checked network connection - I have fiber and all is running perfectly fine. I am able to watch 4K stream when trying (and failing) to cennect to the game. I was doing this all the time and had no issue before the update.

2. Open DOTA 2
3. Start game with bots
