[macOS] Chatweel always goes top in Desktop-friendly Fullscreen mode

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I use the "Desktop-friendly Fullscreen mode" (the only playable mode for me, otherwise the experience is too weird). When I try to use the chat wheel, it always goes to the top. It is barely possible to use the top left and right phrases and impossible to use any bottom or side phrases.

In the fullscreen mode or windowed mode, the chat wheel works properly.

Other notes:

• Using the SDL params -sdl_displayindex or -phased_window_create did not help.
• I don't have any additional monitors, only the MacBook embedded monitor
• No other comments from similar issues (mostly mentioning Ubuntu and SDL display index) did not help

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Use the chat wheel
2. Try to select a side or bottom phrase
3. The top one is always used
