[Linux] Unable to connect to games I find

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Game disconnects automatically upon finding, leaving me with matchmaking disabled due to failing to ready up.

This happens even with both vpn and ufw disabled. It happened yesterday, and it didn't happen today morning under the same exact conditions as now, but it's happening now - so I'm not sure when exactly it happens.

Also, illegible console font - no option to change it

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Unable to connect:

1. Open dota.
2. Find a game.
3. Click Ready / Accept.
4. You are now disconnected with the option to click "Reconnect".
5. Clicking "Reconnect" attempts to reconnect but fails immediately.

Ping unavailable:

1. Open the region select.
2. Click refresh pings.
3. All pings are unknown. You get the message that you are unable to ping any region.

Console font illegible:

1. Open the console.
2. The font is illegible.
