[macOS] Exclusive Fullscreen behavior

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Switching between the apps with Command+Tab causes cursor to a limited box area in game. This area depends on in-game resolution you're currently using. It can be fixed by entering in-game dashboard and only happens while you're in game.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Set Display Mode to a Exclusive Fullscreen;
2. Start any game (demo hero for example);
3. Press Command+Tab to switch between the apps;
4. Show Dota 2 window
5. Enter in-game dashboard
6. Back to the game
