Diagonal camera movement sometimes get stuck in a single direction on Wayland display manager. Works fine on X11.

I'm using the Vulkan renderer and playing on Desktop-friendly Fullscreen on an AMD GPU and open-source drivers.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. On login screen, pick either Wayland or X11
2. Open Dota 2, pick any hero, Demo Hero (works in a match as well)
3. Move mouse diagonally. Check minimap to see the actual direction the camera moves.
