Can't reconnect, stuck on black screen

The game crashed (somehow, not sure how), and I restarted. When I attempted to reconnect to the match, I was met with a black screen. Party members told me that I had not actually reconnected. I waited on that black screen for multiple minutes, but it would not let me in. Eventually (about 10 minutes later, after I had gotten an abandon) I restarted my computer and was able to reconnect.
