Dota2 is no longer brought to foreground when match is ready

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Dota2 is not brought to foreground on match found. I can hear the sound for when a match is found but the game is still minimized.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Queue for a game
- minimize dota
- wait for match to be found.
Not sure if related to needing to click dota icon twice in dock to open game
Also noticed the game is not being brought to foreground when resumed from pause.

This seems to be fixed now with the last update.
First match today and game was not brought to foreground when match was ready.
Pretty sure it worked on my last game which is when I made the comment 9 hours ago.
I do not minimize, but have the game running in a dedicated virtual desktop instead and I tend to be in another browsing while I wait for the game I've missed a bunch of ready-ups in the last week, maybe two weeks, because I have no notification, no ready-up sound (although I can hear the music), and when I return to see why it's taking so long only then I hear the ready-up sound and get all popups in game and the red play button. @kisak-valve FWIW, as a turbo player and easily missing two ready-ups in one or two games, waiting 15 minutes is a lot and a fix would be greatly appreciated.
Problem appears to be resolved.
I still have this issue on my m1 ventura 13.5.1 What OS are you on @vhda ?
I'm on Debian Linux @legcan
I still have this issue. @kisak-valve
Just had this happen twice in a row on Windows 11. It worked fine yesterday.
