Constant packet loss (due to routing?)

Hey guys so im getting constant packet losses and its really annoying i never had this issue before and it seems it doesnt affect other games. When you shift-tab i noticed my connection to the server is getting routed through valve warsaw server and i wonder if that could be the root of the problem. And so here is my question - is it possible to avoid getting routed through other servers? or at least try different ones? Thanks in advance. PS it doesnt really matter if i choose EU west/east, they always get routed and i get packet losses on both servers...
