random system freeze after alt+tab during AD draft

This happens during AD draft and alt+tab at random the system become unresponsive and the only option is to restart the machine

the "feeling" is that during alt-tab the GPU (nvidia) goes to 0% use/load and then fails to "wake up" when switched back to dota2

this did happen in 2020, 2021 and now 2022 so is not something new or related to a certain update and version
