Mid-Game Progression tier 2 tutorial bugged not completable

Mid-Game Progression first tutorial

can not level talent tree to progress tutorial

it is seeking +20 attack speed when sven got changed to +15 attack speed.

either buff sven to +20 attack speed or change tutorial to +15 attack speed

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. play tutorial
2. progress tutorial to +20 attack speed talent
3. profit??? or not...because can not progress

wrong issue tracker and sort of already reported in https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/19429 . I don't think the tutorial is maintained.
