Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Icons to show. On some heroes they just flicker when hovering (Dark Willow). On dazzle (this game) they're blank until i hover).
Steps for reproducing this issue:
No idea to be honest. It started like two-three patches ago. I just need to start the game and it looks like this.

I have the same problem on Windows 10 with Vulkan - Nvidia drivers 430.86 on a GTX 1080 TI OC. Whenever I tried to level up a skill on Silencer the skill icon was not displayed. Dota2 tend to crash on Vulkan. With DirectX everything works fine.
I have the same, it's not showing abilities if there is level-up.

It's probably a more general issue with the engine and not just Dota2. And it's probably a pretty sporadic / uncommon issue.
Same issue here, I had to switch to dx11. If an ability can be leveled up, the icon disappears and it's impossible to read the description until that ability can't be leveled up anymore, no issue with talents. Pretty major bug in my opinion, you cant see the actual level of that ability, you can't read description and it is more difficult to see which ones you can level. Did not tested it with dota plus since I dont have it
Same issue. The spell icons for all heroes have been like that for a few months now.
@kisak-valve @danginsburg Upon further investigation, this issue is present if the resolution is greater than 1920x1080. On 3840x2160, 3200x1800, 2732x1536, and 2560x1440, the spell icons are missing, but they reappear on 1920x1080 and 1280x720.
@multiprecision Ah, thank you that was the detail I was missing. I have it repro'd now and am taking a look at fixing it. You can workaround it temporarily with adding this to your Launch Options +@panorama_disable_layer_cache 1. I'll work on a proper fix though.
OK, I've checked in a fix for this. Will be fixed in the next Dota Update.
