Vulkan 1.1.106 + nvidia 425 loses FPS as the game goes on for longer

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Dots 2 keeps losing FPS - The game can start at 200 or 300 fps - but as soon as the countdown timer starts counting game time, the FPS already drops to 130/140/150/160 at the start of the game.

As time continues, let's say the 55th minutes, the FPS will be 61-73
