Intel Iris Pro ManjaroLinux bspwm stuttering laggy with full fps until restart

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. do -vulkan
2. play doto
3. play doto 27 min
4. ???
5. stutter

there area two comparable issues in the history different ages. One is for AMD GPU's and one for linux. None for Intel Iris pro so far. I used the latest stable driver prior to this but because of the issue I compiled the git version from the aur.

Notable is that when there has been a pause the issue respects the pause so it becomes 30 instead of 27.
