[Linux] Performance Issues

During heavy fights my fps is dropping from 120-130 to 80-70. While on Vulkan in Windows 10 i don't get < 100 fps on same situation and while on Dx11 i don't get < 120 fps.

CPU usage never past 40% GPU usage never past 60%

K 4.13, Gnome 3.26.2, steam client Beta, nvidia 387.22 System Info: Here

This is probably not going to change anything but have you tried different desktop environments?
