🐛 Bug - Quotes don't breakout with one new line

Describe the bug For markdown quotes to be broken out you require two new lines. This behaviour might be unusual to new users.

To Reproduce Paste:

> This is a quote
This is not meant to be a quote

Expected behaviour For it to be only one line break.

We don't really have control over this - it's a markdown issue. Maybe we can configure it.
