📦 Feature - Export/Import of permissions as JSON/YAML

When editing permission for multiple users/channels at the same time it would be preferred if there was some other method to edit the permissions that is without a GUI.

Solution

A way to edit, export and import either json or yaml for valour permissions so that people can if they wish not to use the GUI and instead do it themselves. This even opens the opportunity for other developers to make apps with GUIs people might consider preferable.

Stretch goal

If this is to be done it would also be nice to allow for the system/planet structure to be exported as well
