[VS-Core Issue] ShipObjectServerWorld updateConstraint doesn't work

Issue description

After calling updateConstraint of ShipObjectServerWorld it doesn't actually update the constraint. Method returns true, but It doesn't do anything. Versions: vs2_version=2.1.1-beta.6+88d9088afa vs_core_version=1.1.0+e26d9059c0

Issue reproduction

Create a VSAttachmentConstraint with some fixed distance, and then update it to a bigger fixed distance. It won't work.
