Issue description

When shaping a 2x2x1 water well the water will run when a block is removed but it will not generate new water. The expected situation would be a 2x2 infinite water well.

Issue reproduction

Assemble a ship, build a 2x2 water well and try removing one block of the water. It should normally regenerate, but it does not.
