Issue description

It occurs on 1.20.1, and it happens when i turn off a webdisplays screen, however it only happened to me in multiplayer.

Issue reproduction

Build a ship, build a webdisplays screen and turn it on, then turn it off, and you should not be able to do anything on the ship.
