Device specific services disable and enable on the Device page

Currently some services for specific devices (ROG Ally and Legion Go) can be disabled with the click of a button in the notification area. However, enabling them is not possible through such an easy way.

Perhaps make a simple enable/disable toggle for device specific services on the Device page?
