Nightlight and LED toggle hotkey

Hello and thank you for creating the nightlight toggle in quick tools!

I was hopping we can add it as a hotkey to quickly change it without prompting QT.

Also if there could be a hotkey for the LED toggle, that would be awesome!

A hotkey for the nightlight makes sense.

A LED toggle to go from off to whatever was last selected is a nice idea.
