Handheld Companion Version 0.19.1.6

Describe the bug High CPU Usage after Windows 11 Sleep Mode. CPU Usage is by >=28%

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Activate Windows Sleep Mode
  2. Go to Sleep Mode
  3. Reactivate the device and show Task Manager.

Expected behavior CPU Usage <=2%

In my case it is also causing the device to immediately wake up after sleep due to Kernel-Power with InputHid and InputMouse events slamming

I was using Event Viewer to see the reason for waking up, filtered System events by Kernel-Power and saw the "Reason", then exited HandheldCompanion and saw no events (and system in standby as expected)
