Describe the bug When invoking QS for the first time after HC starts while in Desktop Mode, the QS menu listens to both Gamepad (UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT) and mouse interactions.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Close HC.
- Reopen HC.
- Enable Desktop Mode.
- Call Quick Settings (this should be the first time after HC starts, and must be in Desktop Mode).
- Move mouse with left joystick (right joystick acts as scrollwheel in my case).
- Buttons interact with joystick movement as if it was Gamepad mode.
Expected behavior When using Desktop Mode, Quick Settings menu shouldn't interact with joystick movements. Rather should only interact with mouse movement.

Issue @ 0:39
Should be worthwhile to retest with the updating UI PR currently in EA. Pretty sure I've seen this issue myself also.
This has been a personal pain point for me as well. It's currently "as designed", but it would be great if gamepad navigation could be disabled if HC is in Desktop Mode or some other Mouse and Keyboard mode to prevent duplicate inputs.
