Starting HC / waking Device, triggers a 'ms-gamebar' link notification in the middle of the screen (xbox game bar is removed)

Describe the bug Sarting HC triggers a 'ms-gamebar' link supposed to open Xbox Gamebar, I discovered it since I removed Xbox Gamebar package . Can you remove this trigger, I don't wont to install XGB to avoid this popup every time to wake the device or open HC. Can the Xbox button be trigger somehow when the virtual controller is created?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. remove xbox gamebar package
2. wake device or start hc if not already running
3. got a popup in the middle of the screen
4. Skip the popup by clinking somewhere else

Expected behavior no popup, trigger by HC,

I have been able to reproduce this problem with a new GPD WIN MINI and HC installed. Will investigate.

For me, Option # 6 from this Article https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-new-app-ms-gamingoverlay-error/ which was posted in another issue report here #686 worked to have this game bar message not pop up anymore.
