The administrator confirmation pop up by Windows can't be navigated with HCs mouse

We need to sign the app, force install it to ProgramFiles and use uiAccess=true

Is there a workaround other than just touching the screen like a filthy pleb? Love the app, hate the mouse dying when UAC pops up.
