Add volume mute toggle to Quick Tools

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I noticed today that if the speakers are muted, the only way to unmute in HC is setting up a hotkey. I assumed changing the volume would automatically unmute the device.

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe the little speaker icon in HC quick tools could be used to toggle mute like the windows option.

Describe alternatives you've considered Simply unmuting on volume change would work ask well.
