Controller stops working when power on device from sleep

Handheld Companion Version 0.22.0.5

Describe the bug Controller(s) stop working when device is turned on (after being asleep). Have to restart Handheld Companion, etc. to get the controller(s) working. Worked much better on 0.22.0.3. On 0.22.0.3 when the device was turned back on the controller would start working within a few seconds.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Press the power button on device to turn it off (it was currently on)
2. Press the power button on device to turn it on
3. Built-in controller and/or bluetooth controller no longer works
4. Exit Handheld Companion and restart Handheld Companion
5. Controller may be working again. Sometimes it's still not.

Expected behavior Controller continues to work after powering the device on from sleep.
