Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

CPU clock control doesn’t work both desktop and in game. I set the clock to 1275mhz which is the lowest Handheld Companion allows but my CPU still runs about 3.0GHz. Also not a major problem, core parking doesn’t seem to work as well, but I might be wrong.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

CPU running at set clock speed

king seems to work fine, and is easy to test, open up your taksmanager>pperformance then select yuour CPU,a nd f you only see one large graph, right click on it and select GRAPH> Logical Processors... then you can simply turn off a few cores and watch almost instantly, cores will turn off and they will run flat while the others will show activity
