Double input after controller disconnect, Relaunch needed to hide controller

Describe the bug when controllers are disconnected by any means, upon reconnecting not properly hidden and cause double input. reclaoking causes controller power loop until reset To Reproduce

1. While controller is cloaked disonnect one or both controllers
2. After reconecting, double input occurs despite controller showing hidden
3. trying to unhide and rehide disconnects left controller which brings us back to step 1
4. In order to fix, must close handheld companion, relaunch with controllers both connected, unhide then hide to remove double input Expected behavior When reconnected controllers should automatically be hidden without needing to be unhidden or unhidden AND Left controller should not power cycle when unhidden and hidden AND Should not need to reboot software in order to properly hide controller Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
