Gamepad navigation indicatord frequently get in the way of the UI

Describe the bug Often times the new hovering implementation of the gamepad navigation prompts float / overlap the actual content near the bottom of pages.

Ideas to improve this:

• Add certain amount of pixels as margin at the bottom of every page
• Hide prompts as long as user is actively moving and only show them after a 10-15 second idleness
