TDP limit not working after version 0.20.4.1

Handheld Companion Version any version after 0.20.4.1

Describe the bug TDP limit not working after version 0.20.4.1, on this version TDP never goes above the set limit (30w) , even with asus services still on, on any profile (10, 15, 30w, or manual) On any version after while HC is running on any profile tdp exceed the limit value , especialy problematic in battery mode because it tries to pull 45-50 w sometime and makes the whole system stutter/freeze because the battery can't do that. It aslo makes the system run hotter than with the 30w limit. Reverting to 0.20.4.1 works everytime, the limit works, but the app crash more often than last patreon version.

PS: I don't shut down asus services because M1 M2 are not yet programable as in AC, and I use hall effet joystick that need calibration.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: update to any version after 0.20.4.1 (last patreon one for exemple) keep profile made for Skyrim or CP77 with 30w limit. see the limit not respected.
