When RTSS is not properly accessible, main GUI overlay dropdown remains enabled

Handheld Companion Version 0.20.5.6

Describe the bug With RTSS not installed or a broken install, the overlay level in the QT dropdown is correctly disabled, but the one in the main GUI is not.
