Legion Go: Awakening up after hibernation breaks the touchpad and Desktop Layout

Describe the bug After awakening from hibernation touchpad cursor moves like a crazy, causes double taps, moves by it self and Desktop Layout stops working.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure windows to hibernate system on power button
2. Minimize HC to tray
3. Click on power button to hibernate the system
4. Wait until light on the power button goes out
5. Power on console back

Current behavior

1. Touchpad cursor moves like a crazy, causes double taps and moves by it self.
2. Desktop layout stops working. Hotkeys and etc not working.

Workaround Restart HC

There is also issue that cursor is moving by it self.
