When is this error appearing? Like when equipping an item or opening inventory?

I'm not too sure but I believe its to do with equipping items yeah

Any details on the item? Type of item(model, hat, perma weapon, booster or maybe custom?) Is it only when equipping this specific item or all items? Was this error appearing from beginning or maybe it just started recently? Are you sure you are using latest PS2 and LibK from Github(Green download code button, not "Releases" page)?
