If this change is still relevant, please update the branch. It might not be, as we are reworking the API so it is stateless.
It is not clear how relevant this change is with the ongoing API changes (stateless). We will open a new PR if we need to introduce similar changes.
Quick notes: - Does capturing the `unshare` CPU (and RAM) work for getting the Firecracker resources? - Will you be adding the hugepages RAM consumption or it is captured too...
