freeradius not able to disconnect openvpn client

freeradius server is not able to disconnect openvpn client , radiusplugin is working fine with accounting but when user reach session period , freeradius server not able to disconnect openvpn client, in additionally not able to see any kind log in log file openvpn server conf has verb 7.

any help or hint really appreciate.
