[Feature Request] Whitelist feature

I have encountered some problematic sites while using GDPI (and probably should post another issue for them). Most of these sites are working without GDPI. While the understanding the problem and fixing it would be the best, can we have a whilelist feature to disable tampering on the listed sites to solve these issues for the short term? It could be also good to avoid sending altered traffic to some sites for whatever reason. Blacklist feature is already implemented so I hope it's easy to expand on that.
