Hello. As you might know Discord and Roblox are banned in Turkey. So we created a fork of your repo to add a Turkish readme and some command files those work with Turkish ISPs in the best way. We have a lot of alternative versions but people are still experiencing specific issues. The most common one is that the user can reach Discord via the web browser (Generally Chrome) but can't reach it via the app. Is this a problem that has ben solved before -I don't think so because I've searched your repo for hours- ? Is there a solution that you can advice ? Unfortunately I can't send any network logs or Wireshark dumps because I am not experiencing this issue myself so there's a huge chance that it's being caused by the specific ISP policies . None of the command files in the fork release fixes the issue. Neither service installations nor the batch ones.

AFAIK discord app uses UDP which gdpi doesn't fully support. You can try https://github.com/bol-van/zapret and its windows prebuilt bundle. Its has more complicated configs and installation process but you can achieve more with it
Probably too late to help you, but I had the same exact problem recently. The app is stuck on infinitely updating, but the browser version worked just fine. I'm not from Turkey. It helped having this option turned on: --wrong-seq
No guarantee it'll help in your case, but worth a try. If you are using a launcher version, the option is called "Activate fake request mode with TCP SEQ/ACK".
