From personal experience, nothing worked until I tried -5 -e1 -q config. As it becomes a more widely used program, I suggest adding a temporary folder for cmds with all the different configurations so that casual users can to click through and find what is works for them. Hope this makes sense.

Уже существует в виде ишью https://github.com/ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI/issues/378#issuecomment-2267201431 Но способ добраться до этих знаний с главной страницы репозитария, соглашусь, нетривиальный. Надо догадаться открыть список ишью и увидеть там прикрепленное.
