This ticket is to provide a way to "parametrize" most functional aspects of bypass techniques so that those would be loaded from a configuration file.

That way it would be possible to try to hack it from a sysadmin point of view finding out optimization opportunites or discovering new specific techniques.

The author of stopdpi rewrote my code, added ini file configuration and service mode.
