📍 Description

If you Spawn a dragon via /rsv it doesn't show the bossbar

📑 Reproduction Steps

Do /rsv summon

💡 Expected Behavior

A Check if there is another ender dragon and if not the dragon will be summoned and a bossbar will be summoned (if not exists)
