I meet the same error. I can train normally on cityscapes datasets, the validation is true, but the test result images(pred.png) are obviously wrong. Could you please provide a simple demo for images or single image testing? Thanks for your nice work.

Hi @HPL123 , could you provide more details?

The problem is: the predicted images of CityScape are completely wrong (we can only see some gray, blue and red pixels), and the mIoU is extremely low
