Gamepad not vibrating when braking with unlocked FPS

When using the FPS unlocker, the gamepad does not vibrate when braking.

Other events such as crashing into obstacles or driving over rough terrain work just fine, suggesting a problem with the braking speed correction.

Moreover, using the hand-brake while in a car also makes the controller vibrate.
