Importing Ranger Isn't Working

For a fair while I have been unable to import this character at all:

It doesn't flag any obvious errors but the import just doesn't happen.

Any suggestions?

There are issues with Ranger and Druid import since TCoE. The current work around is to use the ddb-importer of Mr Primate
