Turning on VTTAssets breaks other Map Notes you edit

Installed Versions:

• Foundry Core 0.6.6
• DND5e System: 0.96
• vtta-dndbeyond: 3.3.3

Browser: Windows 10, Chrome All other modules disabled.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Create or access a standard Map Note from a Journal Entry, for example with a default Book icon
2. Double-right-click to edit the Map Note itself - the Entry Icon shows as "18" (or "17" or a different number)
3. Change the Icon Size
4. Click Update Map Note
5. Map Note is now an 18 or 17 or whatever and has to be switched back to the correct icon.

I have also seen behavior that even after changing to a standard icon, the on-screen icon stays at 18.

Note that there is no USE of VTTAssets in this scenario.

Seems likely that there is a mismatch between the addition of icons to the standard list, and what is being to used to look them up, which perhaps is assuming that only the numbers exist in the list.
