Log elapsed time for each test in TDunitXConsoleMode

Hello,

I believe it would greatly enhance our console mode experience to include the elapsed time for each test completion.

However, I'm currently unsure about how to configure this feature, or if it's already implemented. Any guidance or assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
