Most of the translations aren't actually working.
So yeah, been a while since the Demoman's shield problem and i actually found more issues related to overall translation file. I actually wouldn't post this if it was a problem caused by adding more than 1 language, but that is not it.
As an example in this screenshot, all of them are not working at all. Instead of using the translation file they take directly from the Plugin file like they are not connected to each other. But as i said, only some of them are not working, some if it is fine. Saxton Hale Descriptions, Boss Huds are the most broken ones (and of course the Demoman... i actually had to ban him from being usable because i can't ban weapons/replace them temporarily even with the VSH2.cfg file) If needed, ask me more screenshots so you don't have to search it yourself.
I'm late but i'm here. So a quick explanation of what is happening but it can be confusing. Theres no error logs on console or anywhere soooo...
When i was translating my server to another language, lets say Brazilian Portuguese (PT), half of the translated lines did not work when adding to the "PT" folder, but if i actually just rewrite all of the EN lines instead of making a separate version, everything works well but the Hale's hud text. (Jump %, Rage, etc)
And about Demoman's shield, yeah it is still broken.
I feel very powerless while reading the screenshot. The error code line mentioned in the screenshot does not match the file in the repository at all. I am in loss or the source is modified.

my first hunch about this is that it's possibly using a string's address value as the client index 🤔
