Typescript Refactorings - how to ?

VSCodium has no typescript refactorings builtin, in contrast to VSCode. What is the best way to get such?

Rename Symbol, Change All Occurences, Refactor... and Source Action... are available on the right-click menu or in the command palette.

What are you missing?
