I dont want a tool makes any connections that is not intended by myself, its not necessary, cause the tool works fine without any connection to the internet.

How can I prevent this unsecure "talking somewhere"?

Disable auto-update, check https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium/blob/master/docs/telemetry.md

Then extensions can initiate connections. So you will have to check them.
